Returns Information


Our Shipping Guarantee  If you do not receive your order within (3) business days of  your estimated delivery date, you may return or refuse your order and we will issue you a full refund including delivery charges.  At the time we receive your returned items we will credit your credit card in full for your order.  Please note that no credits will be given if you decide to keep your order even though it arrived after the shipping guarantee period.


Refused Shipments.  If you refuse a delivery of an order arriving within the delivery grace period you will be given credit for the merchandise when it arrives back to our warehouse less the costs of shipping the merchandise to you and back to our warehouse.


Returned Shipments  If you are not satisfied with your order and wish to return it you must obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise.  No partial returns are offered. After you receive your (RMA) and the merchandise is received by us in our warehouse you will be issued a credit for the returned merchadise less the cost of the shipping charges to you.  You must arrange for and prepay all the return shipping charges.  All the merchandise must be returned in the original packaging in the original condition.  We reserve the right to charge you a restocking fee for all damaged and missing items.


Lost Delivery  If your order is lost or delivered to the wrong location without correction we will credit your credit card for the full order amount including the shipping charges.


Cancelling an Order  If you wish to cancel an order please call our Customer Service Department at 866-968-7227 or e-mail us at customerservice@discoverboxes.com .  If your order has not shipped you may cancel the order for any reason and we will issue you a credit to your credit card for the full order including shipping charges.  If your order has shipped and you wish to cancel you will be credited for the merchandise less the applicable delivery charges to and from your destination at the time it arrives back in our warehouse.  If your order has shipped and it is in-transit and you need to reroute the packages, there will be a $12 re-route fee per master box.
